Know more about David Acevedo
David Acevedo is a dual degree holder, obtaining his first degree as Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of North Texas in 2005. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nursing from Texas Women’s University graduating in 2016. David started his nursing career in Neuro ICU at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, a leading comprehensive stroke unit in the North Texas region. He then transitioned his critical care experience into organ donation at Southwest Transplant Alliance.
After several challenging years in critical care medicine, David decided it was time for a change and relocated to Denver, Colorado in the summer of 2022. He began working as a Liver Transplant Coordinator for Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver. After a major exodus of his transplant team physicians at PSL, David decided the universe was trying to tell him something and decided to take a leap and start his own business. In partnership with RELATYV as an independent contractor, David has established Ace Therapeutic Modulation LLC, a mobile electroanalgesia specialty in advanced pain management therapies. David is currently growing his LLC with the goal of expanding across the greater Denver metro soon.
David is native Texan, born in West Texas and lived in Dallas for 21 years before relocating to Denver in July of 2022. David knew he always wanted to live in or near the mountains so he decided to make that dream come true. Given that David is an avid snow skier, mountain biker, hiker and RV traveller, Colorado was the perfect match.
