Cindy Sammetinger
I’m Cindy Sammetinger, a dedicated nurse and transformational coach passionate about empowering individuals living with chronic pain to take control of their life and their health and create lives they truly love. With a background in the military, as a bedside ICU nurse, Labor & Delivery nurse, and professor of nursing I bring a unique blend of discipline, clinical expertise, and compassionate care to my work, along with a deep understanding of the resilience and holistic support needed to navigate life’s most challenging moments. This diverse experience allows me to approach each client with a balance of evidence-based strategies and an empathetic, whole-person perspective that empowers lasting transformation. With a deep commitment to whole-person well-being, I guide my clients through meaningful lifestyle changes, helping them move beyond pain management to embrace vitality, balance, and fulfillment.
My Approach: Whole-Person Well-Being
I believe true healing goes far beyond treating symptoms. It’s about addressing the mind, body, and spirit as an integrated whole. Drawing on my expertise as a nurse, my training in lifestyle coaching, and my personal philosophy of holistic health, I help clients explore how movement, nutrition, mindset, and emotional resilience can profoundly impact their well-being. Together, we design personalized strategies that foster healing, reduce pain, and bring joy back into their daily lives.
In my personal life and as a nurse, I’ve seen how chronic pain can take over every aspect of a person’s life. My mission is to provide compassionate support and actionable strategies that help my clients reclaim their power. Through education, emotional support, and step-by-step lifestyle coaching, I partner with my clients to not only manage their pain but also rediscover what it feels like to thrive.
My Philosophy: A Life You Love and a Legacy That Lasts
At the heart of my work is the belief that we’re all meant to live a life we’re deeply in love with—a life where our values, passions, and purpose guide our decisions. I also believe in the power of leaving a legacy, whether it’s through relationships, meaningful contributions, or simply by living authentically. By helping my clients embrace whole-person well-being, I empower them to leave behind a legacy of resilience, love, and transformation.
