Sara is an Associate Professor at a prominent University and has been involved in academia since 2013. With a diverse clinical background that includes working in areas such as ENT, Allergy, Sleep Medicine, and Internal Medicine, Sara brings extensive experience to her role as a Longevity Coach.

She practiced as a lifestyle coach for several years before beginning to develop a coaching curriculum. She has a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University.

She also has certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coaching. Committed to community service, she works with a non-profit organization focused on mindfulness, yoga, and art for children. Sara resides in Arizona with her husband and her three step-children.
