Robert “Bo” Sutherland has dedicated three decades to the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) field, holding various roles including EMT-B, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, and currently working as a Critical Care Transport Nurse. With an associate degree in nursing from Chandler Gilbert Community College and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Arizona State University, Robert has pursued excellence in healthcare, evident by his recognition as the Florence Nightingale Award Winner for his nursing class.

Beyond his professional commitments, Robert finds fulfillment in his role as a devoted husband and proud father to three boys. Known for his commitment to patient care and advocacy, he consistently goes above and beyond to provide health services to those in need.

In his spare time, Bo is a dedicated volunteer at the Arizona Anti-Trafficking Network, which is aimed at raising awareness, reducing demand, and fostering prevention efforts with youth in pursuit of eliminating human trafficking in Arizona.
