My name is Briana McNutt, and Iโm a licensed Paramedic with a deep passion for helping people feel better, move better, and get back to the life they want to live. With years of experience in emergency medicine, Iโve learned how to stay calm under pressure, listen closely to my patients, and provide care that is both compassionate and effective.
I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, understanding what theyโre struggling with, and creating a supportive environment built on trust and communication. My goal is always to help you feel heard, respected, and confident in the care youโre receiving.
Outside of work, Iโm dedicated to personal growth, family, and building a meaningful career centered around service. Iโm excited to be part of your journey and to help however I can.
I have been a firefighter for 22 years. I went on to became and EMT and onto to becoming a paramedic that I have done for 16 years. I also own a training center called Beats CE’s where I teach and I am an instructor trainer for CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS and PALS with HSI, ARC and AHA. Prior to that I worked as an architect for 18 years and had gotten certified in herbology at 22 years old. My grandfather was from Italy and believed there was a plant to cure anything. I follow his teachings to the best of my ability. I loved watching him make things from nature.
I have a ranch called “My Dream Ranch” in Arlington, AZ with goats, potbelly pigs and chickens and run a rottweiler rescue. I try to leave as little of a carbon imprint as possible and try to recycle as much as I can.
I enjoy studying martial arts, taekwondo, tai chi and traditional jiu jitsu. Being outside and with my animals is my passion, second to being a mother of two amazing men that I’ve raised and watch grow.
Iโm a Registered Nurse with a background in psychology and a lifelong commitment to studying and teaching health and wellness. Over the years, Iโve realized that true healing isnโt just about managing symptoms, itโs about understanding the whole person: their mind, body, and life experience.
My personal journey with chronic pain and illness has deeply shaped my approach as a clinician. I know firsthand how exhausting and frustrating it can be to feel like your body is working against you. Thatโs why Iโm so passionate about non-pharmaceutical pain management approaches that donโt just mask discomfort, but actually support long-term healing.
In my role, I bring together my clinical nursing experience, psychological insight, and wellness education to help people reclaim their vitality. My goal is simple: I want to walk alongside my patients as they rediscover the freedom of a pain-free life, not just through treatment, but through sustainable lifestyle changes and self-empowerment.
At Relatyv, Iโm honored to offer care that meets you where you are physically, emotionally, and personally. Whether itโs providing targeted therapies, coaching on healthy habits, or just listening, I believe in creating a partnership that helps you not only relieve pain but flourish in your everyday life.
