Mira is a registered nurse, herbalist and holistic health educator with over 20 years in the field of preventive and integrative therapies. She has worked as a nurse with patients of all ages from prenatal and newborn to older adults.

She is passionate about supporting her patients on the path to vibrant health and empowering them to take an active role in their own health and healing .

She is a trained herbalist, a certified Cannabis Health and Wellness Coach, certified lactation counselor, kundalini yoga instructor, and holds numerous holistic certifications including 5NP ear acupuncture, biofield tuning and biomagnetic pair therapy.
