My name is Hayward, and I live in Marietta. I had an accident at work, and the pain was, on a scale of 1 to whatever, it was unbearable. And I was searching for a remedy for that, and I discovered Neuragenex.

Where was the pain?

In my lower legs and my neck, I had a thing they called ‘Spinal Stenosis surgery’, and then, for whatever reason, I developed just excruciating pain in my lower body. All the 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Muscles, like muscle spasms. The spasms were so violent that you’d be gnawing, your teeth gritting, your teeth just lock up for a few seconds.

Numbness. Tingling. Burning. Oh, my God.

I tell you what, I’ve aged, I’d say, 10 years in the last year because of the stress from not being able to move about and do things for yourself. You know, not being able to work. Just a whole spectrum of things, man.

And it’s all running through your head, ‘Am I gonna be able to walk again?’. I can’t even feel my feet. You know, and then you start hearing about the hardest is, ‘Well, If you don’t do something, amputations’.

You’re constantly falling, constantly falling. Or the fear of falling. It’s not that you will fall and then there’s always that possibility but then the fear of falling, it’s there. It never goes away. But the more I get my treatments, the less that fear is there.

It’s worked out great. When I first started coming here, I couldn’t even walk. I had no feeling in my lower extremities [and] my arm. And I was just telling the lady that “Damn, I’m about ready to start running sprints”.

And medication was the only thing everywhere else I went offered. And I didn’t want to take any, just a bunch of medicine every day. I was always groggy, foggy, and unsure of my balance. You just don’t want to take so many medications on a daily basis. You know what I mean?

You couldn’t forget to take anything because if you did, you notice it in the way you felt. You know, every pill you take has side effects, and then, eventually, you take a pill for the pill. And in just months.

And I was searching for an alternative means, and I discovered Neuragenex. I just didn’t want to take, just become dependent on something that was just masking the symptoms. You know, painkillers are just there to ease the pain, but you want to be pain-free.

And so, I was looking for something like that, and this offered me that opportunity. Not only to be pain-free but to somewhat get back on my feet.

I’m going to be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t know how I was going to feel.
But I do know after about the third treatment, I started to notice the difference. It’s relaxing man. it is relaxing.

I mean, I just had started the treatments. All the anxiety and stuff that you had coming in today fades away. You actually get a chance to relax. You become comfortable, and they make you feel that way here. It just feels good and relaxing, you know. You’re tensed and tight-jawed when you walk in, but once they get started on you, you relax.

I’ve had about six weeks' worth I believe. But the other issues that I have, medically, they had to work around that stuff. But in doing so, I’ve still made significant progress on my feet. Through the course of my treatment, my progress in my pain has been tremendous.

The day I walked in here, I was using a walker and dragging my feet. Now, I’m on a cane and I’m picking my feet up now, and I can feel them. I can actually feel my feet. When I first started, I couldn’t. No feeling. I mean, they were like numb all the time. And now I’m feeling a lot stronger these days, a lot. You know, come the first of the year, man, I believe I’m going to be ready.

These folks take good care of you here, man. It’s amazing what they do for you here. They make you feel that way here, at ease and comfortable. And the treatments, they feel so good, man.

To see the improvements that I’ve made, it makes you feel better mentally. You know when you get to a certain point in your life and something happens and you don’t know what to expect from that point on. But these people gave me a reason to smile. They really did man, I mean, ‘cause I was a miserable human being about six weeks ago. I mean, I was miserable.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I would explain to them that if you’re looking for something that works, that doesn’t require drugs, at least go see the people, and give them a chance.

You don’t know unless you try and like me, I didn’t know but man, am I glad I came. I know I made the right choice. No doubt. When I talk about it to my family, I kind of tear up because I’ve come a long way.
