With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 15 years in emergency and urgent care, I’ve spent my career helping people navigate their most difficult moments. Throughout this journey, my focus has always been on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. But six years ago, my life took an unexpected turn that transformed both my personal and professional perspective.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy, a condition that plunged me into the world of chronic pain. Almost overnight, I went from being active in my career, family, and community to feeling trapped in a cycle of medications, injections, and frustration. The pain touched every aspect of my life, leaving me disabled, unemployed, and many days, entirely nonfunctional. As the weeks turned into months and then years, the isolation grew. Friends and family, unsure how to help, stopped asking how I was doing because they knew my answer was never positive.

Everything changed just as I was preparing for a major spinal surgery. I accidentally discovered a therapy that restored my life and allowed me to reclaim the person I thought I’d lost forever. This discovery was so transformative that it inspired me to create a way to share this life-changing treatment with others.

A Life Beyond Work

I’m not just a nurse—I’m also a husband, a father to two amazing teenagers, and a proud dog dad to two lovable white fur babies: a Golden Retriever and a Lab. Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, I always dreamed of living near the ocean and mountains. In 2003, my family and I made that dream a reality, settling in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, just outside Seattle.

When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can find me enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of Western Washington, reflecting on how far I’ve come, and finding new ways to connect with and serve my community.
