Ryan Marie Kemter

With over 25 years of nursing experience, Ryan Kemter, RN, BSN, brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and adaptability to her role as a Concierge Nurse. A graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2001), Ryan’s career has taken her across the country and through a diverse range of specialties—from pediatric oncology and intensive care to home infusion, emergency response, and disaster management.

Working as a travel nurse for over 15 years, Ryan has gained hands-on experience in some of the nation’s most dynamic and high-pressure healthcare environments, adapting quickly to meet the needs of patients and healthcare teams alike. Her deep passion for helping others has remained the driving force behind her commitment to care, no matter the setting.

Coming from a family of veterans, Ryan was raised with a deep respect for service, discipline, and commitment—values that continue to shape her approach to patient care. Known for her calm presence, clinical expertise, and patient-centered approach, Ryan continues to serve with a heart for healing and a standard of excellence that reflects decades of dedication to the nursing profession.

Over the course of her career, Ryan has witnessed a clear shift in the healthcare system—from a model focused on wellness and prevention to one centered around “sick care.” She believes that this reactive approach often misses the opportunity to truly support long-term health. That realization inspired her to transition into concierge nursing, where she can help people not just recover, but truly thrive in their home environments.

In 2018, she expanded her clinical skill set by earning an Aesthetic Certification from the National Laser Institute, adding a new layer of expertise to her evolving practice. Today, Ryan is passionate about delivering personalized, preventative care in a setting where trust, comfort, and human connection can take the lead. She is committed to helping her clients live healthier, more empowered lives—on their own terms.

Outside of nursing, she is an avid traveler, scuba diver, and dog lover—always up for the next adventure on land or under the sea.
