Hello , my name is KatieAnn, I am located in Rochester MN. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have worked in various specialties. I am also a Craniosacral Therapy provider trained by Dr. Carol Phillips’ Dynamic Body Balancing, International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Hypnobirthing educator and doula.

I have been supporting expectant parents and families for more than a decade. My love for body work and the holistic side of healing has grown and in the past few years I have increased my scope of practice to support all ages and stages of life. I believe that our bodies can help heal themselves, if we listen to them. And it is an honor to help facilitate those on their journey.
When I am not working you can find me hanging out with my children and husband or reading/listening to a book.
