Karin Shacklett

Hey Y’all! I’m Karin, a daughter of the Most High King who loves helping people and leading them to “see” truth.

I have practiced nursing for 12 years all over the US (including Alaska!), in the acute care settings of Labor & Delivery and the Operating Room. I hold gratitude for my time in the hospital as it taught me how to care for people, but have recently felt and heard the call to pursue health and wellness. Having a birds eye view, I have witnessed how our system of healthcare has shifting from freedom in helping people to fear-based reactionary treatment models. Believing this is not how it’s designed to be, I am following the Lord’s call to how He wants to help and heal people.

I love learning more about how we are created to live in truth-filled health, how to work with our bodies and not against them. I am pumped to join the neurofunctional pain management world to pursue trailblazing opportunities that allow people to experience freedom. I am also interested in how electroanalgesia can assist athletes in their recreational and/or professional settings.

In my free time I love to be in the outdoors, in summer: hiking, mountain biking, and lake time in winter: hiking, downhill and xc skiing. Enjoy spending time with my corgi pup named Beast and watching sports, of ALL kinds. Always down to play games of almost any kind 🙂
