Kimberly Lozano, RN-MSN, CSRN, LNC, IIA, is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and legal nurse consultant with nearly 30 years of critical care nursing experience and more than 18 years in leadership. She is the founder and CEO of Synergy Health Legal Consulting, LLC, where she consults with individuals and businesses to help them obtain tailored insurance solutions, supports healthcare facilities with accreditation and regulatory readiness, and assists attorneys with medical-legal case analysis.

Kimberly is also the founder and CEO of The Force Within IV Therapy, LLC, providing mobile concierge IV hydration and wellness services, including mobile neurofunctional pain management therapies.

Her extensive background spans critical care, emergency nursing, ambulatory surgery, clinical operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and maintains an active multi-state Registered Nurse license. She also holds multiple state insurance licenses for Life, Health (specializing in Medicare), and Property & Casualty (personal and commercial) lines, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in General Business.
